KM Courtier Ltd has been awarded the Gold Standard Certificate of Commitment from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) which highlights the company’s commitment to Health & Safety in the workplace. The certificate is only awarded to companies where at least 75% of their workforce is registered under the CSCS Scheme. Our current total stands at 100%.
All our staff are trained and certified to safely operate all machinery required to carry out their work. In house we also train on the soft skills, ie; communication, teamwork, listening skills and even Drug & Alcohol Awareness with some amazing results. After our last training 3 long term smokers gave up.
